We are delighted to announce a summer feasting night at The Ridgeway Barns, an award-winning wedding and events venue in the heart of the North Wessex Downs. We are so excited to take this next step in our collaboration, having worked closely with Alex, Becky and the team since it’s conception in 2021. 


Located on Liddington Warren Farm and surrounded by stunning countryside views in a peaceful setting, The Ridgeway Barns includes a beautifully restored 19th century Threshing Barn (the focal point for our feasting), luxury farmhouse accommodation and glorious outdoor spaces. The ideal place to enjoy an indulgent evening of food and drink with friends and family.


For the first dining experience here, we are celebrating the best of summer ingredients from farms in Wiltshire & Somerset. Chef Peter Vaughan and his team will take you on a culinary journey of English herbs and spices that once were so prevalent in our 19th century farmhouse kitchens and Regency & Victorian cuisine. 


This will be a unique dining experience with sustainability and seasonal eating at the forefront along with artisan cooking methods, such as wood fire and charcoal grilling.  


Naturally dining is not quite complete without the live music of our musician Andrew Hurst who will bring the entertainment to the night.

    On arrival

    Strawberry & bitter lime spritzer (non-alcoholic also served)  

    To start - sharing platters

    Tarte Flambee - the classic Alsacian fire tart with nutmeg
    Duo of salt baked Wiltshire beetroot with charred walnut & chervil 
    Carpaccio of Heritage English tomatoes & lovage  

    Main course - plated with side veg

    Wiltshire pork porchetta - Ridgeway raised & reared 
    Sauce soubise & roast apple

    For vegetarians 
    Crispy mille feuille of home-grown oyster mushroom fricassee with tarragon, sauce soubise 

    Side dishes to share for everyone 
    Wiltshire summer kohlrabi & sweet carrots, new potatoes barbecued over local ‘Slate Hill’ charcoal 

    To finish

    English cherry clafoutis & fresh cream 
    Grilled peaches marinated in saffron, clove & mace 

    Hot drinks to finish
