Real, fresh bread straight from the oven – the way to impress your friends and your family and to know exactly what is in your daily bread. No additives, preservatives or flavour enhancers - just a few simple ingredients and some know-how.
We guarantee that if you have produced "bricks" in the past, following this session you will produce bread to be proud of.

What will I learn to cook?
a white bread dough from which you will make: 2 mini loaves, a foccacia-style loaf; a pizza
nutritious wholegrain spelt dough from which you will make some dinner rolls
quick and easy soda bread.
What happens at the session?
- The class is a busy hands-on experience.
- All ingredients, equipment and aprons will be supplied PLUS we will do the washing up!
- The small group size enables you to get plenty of attention, whether you want to be helped or stretched. You will be working in a friendly and sociable environment.
- You will have a pizza to take home for lunch, as well as all the rest of your 'goodies'.
