We welcome Caroline as a new Guest Tutor. She is a creative, colourful and vibrant cook with over 20 years of experience of cooking for variety of customers. 

In particular she loves making food look good and is always keen to use edible flowers (from her garden) to enhance the visual appeal of a dish.

Get ready for entertaining at Christmas or New Year (or any time) with these delicious nibbles and treats that are easy to make - once you know the tips and techniques.

What will I learn to cook?

  • Roasted artichoke houmous with basil pesto
  • Gin & Beetroot cured Salmon with capers & dill
  • Winter Slaw with cranberries & pomegranate
  • Oranges with Grand Marnier syrup 
  • Mini dark chocolate Florentines with cherry & ginger

What happens on the day?

  • The class is a busy hands-on session.
  • All ingredients, equipment and aprons will be supplied PLUS we will do the washing up!
  • The small group size enables you to get plenty of attention, whether you want to be helped or stretched. You will be working in a friendly and sociable environment.
  • The session will finish with a meal (including wine) and you will have some goodies to take home.
