Leading to a nationally recognised qualification that is vital for anyone handling food, whether in a paid post, their own business or as a volunteer. It covers everything you need to know about food safety & hygiene.
It involves guided training which is delivered in an interactive way, finishing with a 1 hour multiple choice question paper.
A nutritious lunch that will accommodate and special dietary needs will be provided.
